A typical HRSG non-metallic expansion joint operates at 400–460 °C surface and radiates continuously into the plant. Inzonex wraps it in a snap-fit clamshell — the outer skin drops to under 55 °C. Compare bare vs. insulated in three complementary renderings.

We insulate valves, heat exchangers, flanges, PRVs, boiler doors and — as shown here — non-metallic expansion joints in HRSGs. Clamshell construction with snap-fit fasteners, silicone-coated fiberglass outer shell, Paroc Lamella rockwool core, AISI 316 stainless hardware.
